One of my greatest "fears" on these boards is to see my user name in the title of a thread!

I am back! I was down in bed with some sort of nasty cold/flu bug for the last couple days so I haven't been on line much. I will try to send a PM to you Eugene!

I had the beginnings of a cold by the end of the week, and I was afraid that it was going to get much worse. By luck, and with lots of sleep, I got much better instead of much worse. The weather was gorgeous today in the NYC area.

 

I was planning on having another one of my small dinner/wine parties yesterday, but my guests cancelled on me due to the flu. Good thing, as I really needed the rest too.

The "country fresh" air here in So. Cal due to the local fires has done all but eliminate any possiblily of getting a virus. However, attempting the act of breathing is another matter altogether.... laugh.gif
