    Don't know the year can read it, can barely make out the 19.. with a magnifying glass. I am new to all this, someone suggested I post this to the forum here. So here goes.. I think this penny has mirror brockage with minimal expansion. Another person looking at this said it also may be broadstruck. What do yall think of my penny?

    As someone who grew up around welders...this looks like someone tried to mig weld on this coin...hence the splatter pattern. I might be wrong, but that is what it looks like to me.
