  1. I went through 75.00 in pennies and this is the only one to come even close to this color lol, but I will have to swing by the PX tomorrow and grab a scale to check!
  2. I have been going through Pennies and found this odd colored 1997 D mint penny. It’s kind of a honey color (pictures never do justice) Is this mint a possible mint error penny? Sorry still learning…
  3. This is exactly what I needed thank you for this so I don’t have to post the countless others I have 🤦‍♂️
  4. Thank you again! I’ll split with you when I find that gem … one day
  5. Lol thank you, I was just joking around with him about getting rechecked being an alien coin. I know it’s damaged after your help bud.
  6. Hahaha that’s funny 🤣😅 I might get it checked out further to find out
  7. Hello again, in need of some guidance on an older coin my father and myself cannot find any background for. Says “Levioux Moulin A Nestou” picture included Also, including some images of a silver 1987 penny we have. if there is a good place to start learning about coin tutorials please let me know I don’t want to have to keep posting out of curiosity and bother this crowd for any simple answers I can learn myself! Thanks 👍🏼
  8. That’s honestly what confused me on it being error or damage, dad says he sees a face in right side lump.
  9. Awesome, thank you for the help! Helps to at least get some info on them for sure
  10. Hey, would you happen to know much about these two coins? My mother passed last December and before she did she gave me a fairly large collection and these two stand out to me. Finally bringing myself to go through the stuff she left.
  11. Well thank you very much, it caught my eye with the center showing 198 but my honest guess was something melted right on top.
  12. Hello, I am having trouble figuring out if the 1980 US Quarter dollar I have is an error coin or heat damaged. The center of the coin seems to have been struck again and shows what appears to be a “198” and I am fairly new to the coin collecting. Any help/advice would be amazing!
