I decided to check the edge of the coin for any kind of damage and found 2 scratches or nicks.Sorry everyone I should have checked better.I'm just assuming a good sing of vice occuring.

If you're looking for DDs, or error coins in general, here are a few good resources to read up on before you continue your hunt and to use while looking. DDs in the wild are very rare, DDs that are actually worth a premium are even rarer, Worthless doubling, well, there is tons of that out there. The trick is to learn how to differentiate between them and these references will help you get there. Good Luck.

Hi just Bob ,I looked at the pictures and they are of a P mint wide rim,not an s blob.I read the article and I'm thinking mine is a type 1,so confusing.

I found this 1962 NMM Lincoln cent with the words ,IN GOD WE Trust on the reverse side of the coin.I hope you can see it.What could cause this?
