  1. I recently submitted 43 coins for grading, invoice 6447435 dated 3/2/2022. I expected all of the 43 coins to fall into the "modern" grading tier, for $19 a coin. But instead they were all invoiced as "economy" grading tier, at $23 a coin. The "modern" tier says it is for "All US or world coins struck 1965 to present (except patterns, die trials, etc.), or US or world tokens and medals struck 1990 to present, both private and official." with a maximum value of $3000 per coin. All of the coins that I submitted are dated between 2019 and 2021 and are valued at less than $3000 a coin, therefore qualify for the "modern" grading tier. Will you correct the invoice and billing and issue a refund of $172 to my credit card? Thank you.
