  1. Well it would also depend on the bulk of coins you bought, how would you know whats worthy to submit if you don't examine them. I bought 20 1923 peace dollars BU and i would only submit one thought to be in MS65 or higher maybe 64 on the other hand i bought 20 1971-1976 Eisenhower halves 40% silver proofs in beautiful condition and I wouldn’t submit any due to cost vs value. Hope that helps
  2. Well to be honest with you i would have never asked if it wasn't because of getting the coin graded i just wanted some feedback im constantly learning and i never learn anything here but i said hell ill ask and to be honest i feel like the first answers i gave were not rude. It wasnt until other people stepped in and thought they were something to be afraid of. Anyway have a good day. All i need are professional graders and coins, the rest is all smoke and mirrors to me.
  3. Little punk? Lol its very easy to use that language over a keyboard, out here in California people get hurt using words like that in person. You internet thug.
  4. In 96 the denver mint started using single squeeze hubbing process for cents quarters and in between, which eliminated alot of double dies. So then everyone starts using it year by year. Then 99 comes and the US mint needs to push out colllector proof sets and what do they do? They use the old equipment to dish it out. The results, a bunch on nice doubled dies on obverse proof sets. So my point is just because technology improved doesn't mean they cant be in a situation where they might have to use old machinery for whatever reason. And if thats a scenario then how do we know there cant be others. All im saying is i keep an open mind this isn’t about being right or wrong for me. Its about seeking my own results and yes that involves asking for opinions. That doesn't mean I have to take that opinion and run with it. What he said were facts and i never disagreed with him on the contrary i asked him a question to better my knowledge. I also stated my opinion while never saying I was right. I said im getting the coin graded so i can know for sure what may or may not have happened. That decision was made before even asking the question i just wanted some feedback.
  5. “Momma” you corrected me with an informal word. 😂 don’t quit your day job.
  6. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Applause you must feel so accomplished with your high school rhetoric whats next your mama jokes.
  7. Looks like your yet to learn how to use it if your wasting your time on this thread.
  8. Do you even read what i write or just see what you wanna see.
  9. And just so you dont put words in my mouth i never went against Mr. Lange or said he was wrong. I asked him a question and then explained my route towards finding my answer. The reason for my question was for an opinion that and only that. It was you and whomever they are that came and wanted to stir up controversy.
  10. Maybe they should work on being more open minded and not just think robotically and impose their opinions upon the ones who simply want different opinions which is the point and basis of a thread. As oppose to hearing one person and closing out every other possibility and stop thinking for yourself. No thank you.
  11. Says the one who literally just came to the thread to be a comedian, not even at volunteering can you crack it. Please do so.
  12. Well if you don’t see a correlation then it would be a waste of time trying to explain it. You cannot make the blind see. Nor do i try im not a volunteer. I had one question about a coin and this is the end result. If i was NGC i would really consider what to do about these type of atmospheres that really seem toxic. Its a shame you and your buddys think this forum is their personal playground to dictate opinions. Ill leave it at that.
  13. Im out here grading coins your out here volunteering your opinions. Don’t be mad a rookie can be superior to you. Just know im not your average or typical while your out trying to make ends meet im eating sleeping devoted to these coins I’ve established myself in real society to not have to work and i could enjoy my hobby as i please i dabble in coins you wish you could obtain i dont wait for the weekend to choose one coin. And then bring it here to show it off. Please know who you are trying to see eye to eye with. Dont judge me based off your limits. Kinda pathetic you felt the need to join the conversation. But hey i get it..
  14. Whats funny is that you think your opinion is more than it actually is it states your a volunteer not a professional grader. This forum might be a big part of your life than it could ever possibly be for me, so i understand your need to preserve your status here or for your buddies or whom ever. Thats the real joke here, volunteer 😂
