    In my experience with a fake Chinese Panda (silver plated) eBay and PayPal refunded my money and didn't require me to send it back. The sellers know what they are doing and probably won't put up a fight about it. Also, if it doesn't show up, eBay and PayPal are good about refunds on items from China.
