I'm attempting to add a coin/token to my collection. When I enter the number from the label, I'm told I can't add the item to my collection at this time and that it'll be reviewed. It's almost as if the computer algorithm thinks I'm attempting to add a coin I don't own. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As an interesting item of note, when I attempt to add the item to my collection, the NGC system mentions it's a CAC coin but I don't have a CAC sticker on it. The NGC number is 2039375-031.
