  1. Hello Ali. Thanks for your previous updates for this Competitive Registry set for Mexico. Competitive Sets Mexico Mexico Competing Sets Guerrero, Revolutionary Coinage Type Set, 1914-1915, Circulation Issue Newly Added Line Entry: 2 PESOS 1915 SILVER 1915CO MO GUERRERO/C.MORADO With that said, there is an additional update I would like to see made to the same Competitive Registry set regarding Guerrero (C.Morado) for $2 Pesos, although the coin I'm requesting to be added is not currently within the new line entry you recently created, which I feel is appropriate to not include within the current line entry slot. Instead, the coin I'm requesting entry into this set should have a separate line slot entry since it is a completely different variety for 1915 Campo Morado (C. Morado). This variety description is attributed by the NGC graders as GUERRERO/C.MORADO CAP & RAYS Example which fits this requested new line entry (see attached image): NGC #2867999-007 (NGC Grade MS 62) As I mentioned before, since this is a relatively new competitive registry set, there are some additional adjustments which I would like to propose in other registry line item requests so that all of the Mexican Revolutionary issues from Guerrero can eventually be included within this single set since multiple competitive registry sets by each area would be unnecessary due to the low number of overall issues within each area. This request here is part of my efforts to expand and update this Registry. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards ---Scott
  2. Hello. I would like to add an additional request to my previous request since it involves the same Registry slot within the same Registry set regarding the creation of a new slot for the Campo Morado (C. Morado) 1915 2 pesos. The State of Guerrero issues which comprise this Registry slot has two dates. One is dated 1914 and the other is dated 1915. At present, both dates are combined within the same slot and I would like to separate them into two separate slots since they are two different coins, and they should have their own slot. Could you please separate out the 1915 from the combo 1914-1915 slot so there is an entry for each year? This would also require a name change to the current slot since it would only allow for the 1914 dated coins. I've attached a slab example of a 1915 dated coin for your reference so it can map into the new 1915 dated slot. NGC #28679999-003 (NGC Grade AU 58) Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards ---Scott
  3. Hello Ali. This request closely follows my previous request for a change within the following Competitive Registry set for Mexico, there is a single line entry which actually has two different coin types which I would like to see split out so there would be two different line entries instead of one since they are from two different areas within the state of Guerrero and should be displayed separately. Competitive Sets Mexico Mexico Competing Sets Guerrero, Revolutionary Coinage Type Set, 1914-1915, Circulation Issue Line Entry: PESO 1914-1915 SILVER Most of the coins that fall within this entry involve generic strikes within the "State of Guerrero" revolutionary silver 1 peso, however Guerrero has several different areas within the state which issued coinage during the Mexican Revolution. One is "Taxco" which is currently included within the existing silver 1 peso line item as noted above. Can you please extract those for Taxco since they are easily identified by their description, and create a separate line entry for the Taxco silver 1 peso? Examples which fit this requested new line entry (see attached images): NGC #2877551-012 (NGC Grade MS 62) NGC #2877551-013 (NGC Grade MS 61). Since this is a relatively new competitive registry set, there are some additional adjustments which I would like to propose in other registry line item requests so that all of the Mexican Revolutionary issues from Guerrero can eventually be included within this single set since multiple competitive registry sets by each area would be unnecessary due to the low number of overall issues within each area. This request here is the second one which I would like to see made. I will follow this request with others as they become relevant for this set. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards ---Scott

Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards ---Scott
  5. Please let me know if you require any additional information to help with my Registry slot request. Regards.
  6. Please add a new entry for Registry group: - Competitive Sets - Mexico - Registry Set: Centavo, 1905-1949, Circulation Issue Coin to add: - 1928/7Mo 1C An image of an example is attached for your reference. NGC #2900019-003 MS 64 BN. The NGC Census now shows 3 coins graded and slabbed (one in MS 65 RB and two in MS 64 BN). From a rarity perspective, I feel this one is scarcer than all of the other overdates in this set except for the 1942/1 which is still the scarcest. The last recorded sale of this coin variety was in May 2023 at a Heritage auction, Silver Mesa Collection, where 3 were sold: #61310, Lot #24054 where a PCGS MS 65 BN sold for $960 with BP. #61310, Lot #25056 where a NGC MS 64 BN sold for $456 with BP. #61310, Lot #25057 where a PCGS MS 64 BN sold for $720 with BP. Thanks for your time and attention to add this variety to the Registry. Regards, Scott
  7. Sorry, correction to one of the coin examples listed in my original post. It is 1882CN M, not CN P.
  8. Hello Ali. The following Registry set for Mexico has 3 entries with a coin score of zero. Can you please review and update these entries to have a score? These coins may be scarce, but they were regular issues and should not be listed as non-competitive, hence a zero score. The Registry set in question is as follows: Competitive Sets Mexico 25 Centavos, 1869-1892, Circulation Issue The coin entries are as follows: 1876CN P MEXICO 25C (coin example #2885093-008) 1878DO B MEXICO 25C (coin example #2885093-013) 1882CN P MEXICO 25C (coin example #2885093-010) Thanks for your time and consideration to my request. 9. Hello Ali. I sent this request to add several new entries to an existing registry set for Mexico back in September and it appears that it was acknowledged, but no action has been taken. Can I please get a status on this item? Thanks for your help and support. Scott
  10. Hello Ali. Please add several new slots to the following Competitive Registry set. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Oaxaca, Revolutionary Coinage, 1915-1916, Circulation Issue, Including Varieties Coin Slot: 20 Centavos - 3rd Bust (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY ONLY) Coin Slot Example: NGC #2850035-005 (MS 64 BN). Based on the NGC Census, I was not able to see any other graded examples to include this coin. It could be that it has yet to be mapped to a slot. Assuming it is the only specimen, therefore can you add a slot that is marked "Non-Competitive"? Coin Slot: 10 Centavos – 6th Bust – C/S “GV” (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY ONLY) Coin Slot Example: NGC #2850035-001 (VF DETAILS). Based on the NGC Census, I was not able to see any other graded examples to include this coin. There is one other with a “7th Bust”, but not one with a “6th Bust”. It could be that it has yet to be mapped to a slot. Assuming it is the only specimen, therefore can you add a slot that is marked "Non-Competitive"? Coin Slot: 20 Centavos – 6th Bust – Liberty Cap C/S (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY ONLY) Coin Slot Example: NGC #2850035-004 (VF DETAILS). Based on the NGC Census, I was not able to see any other graded examples to include this coin. There is one other C/S with a “4th Bust”, but not one with a “6th Bust”. It could be that it has yet to be mapped to a slot. Assuming it is the only specimen, therefore can you add a slot that is marked "Non-Competitive"? Thanks for your consideration in putting these varieties into the Registry Set which should also help provide visibility to other collectors of this series. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  11. Hello Ali. This request involves the addition of several new slots to the following Competitive Registry set. This group applies to coins with a year of 2006 and 2007. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Silver 10 Pesos, 1992-Date, Proof New Coin Slot: 2006Mo Mexico State Coin Slot Example: NGC #2885927-015 (PF 69 Ultra Cameo). New Coin Slot: 2007Mo Zacatecas Coin Slot Example: NGC #2885926-013 (PF 69 Ultra Cameo). Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  12. Hello Ali. This request involves the addition of several new slots to the following Competitive Registry set. This group applies to coins with a year of 2005. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Silver 10 Pesos, 1992-Date, Proof New Coin Slot: 2005Mo Baja California Sur Coin Slot Example: NGC #2885924-003 (PF 69 Ultra Cameo). 13. Hello Ali. This request involves the addition of several new slots to the following Competitive Registry set. This group applies to coins with a year of 2004. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Silver 10 Pesos, 1992-Date, Proof New Coin Slot: 2004Mo Michoacan de Ocampo Coin Slot Example: NGC #2885924-006 (PF 69 Ultra Cameo). 14. Hello Ali. Thanks for getting the entry added and updated, however there is a problem with the descriptions for the following slots. First request. Instead of: 2 PESOS - N/A OAXACA 7TH BUST 8136.04 - SILVER (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES, ONLY) It should only be something like this: 2 PESOS - 7TH BUST (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES, ONLY). The portions removed (N/A OAXACA, 8136.04, SILVER) from the slot description were simply my personal collection catalog numbers and additional descriptions which I entered into the Collectors Society page for my particular coin and I think you used them as part of the slot description. This slot name proposal above is more succinct as well as accurate. Second request. I would like to make another slot name proposal. Instead of the following: 2 PESOS - 2 WITH OUTLINE - SILVER It should only be something like this: 2 PESOS - 5TH BUST - 2 WITH OUTLINE The "5TH BUST" identifier is needed since it is one of two varieties that apply to this entry and the coin in this slot is a 5th bust variety, therefor I feel it needs to be a part of the description. I also also remove "SILVER" since that is unnecessary since that was simply something I entered as part of my personal collection description which I entered into the Collectors Society page for my particular coin entry and I think you used it as part of the slot description. This slot name proposal above is more succinct as well as accurate. Thanks for your time and consideration with my request. Best regards, Scott
  15. Hello Ali. Thanks for getting both of these slots added so quickly. Much appreciated. After reviewing the description within the Registry Set for the following, I noticed that it is not entirely accurate. Current Description: PESO - 3RD BUST 8133.07 - SILVER (non-competitive; for display purposes, only) I'm asking that it be modified to remove the portion that states "8133.07" as that is my collection code number and doesn't belong as part of the Registry Slot name. I would like to propose that it be changed to the following which is much more accurate. PESO - 3RD BUST - SILVER (non-competitive; for display purposes, only) Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  16. Hello Ali. This request involves a new slot request, as well as a little bit of "house cleaning" with an existing entry since it may be confusing if left unchanged to the following Competitive Registry set. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Oaxaca, Revolutionary Coinage, 1915-1916, Circulation Issue, Including Varieties New Coin Slot: 2 PESOS - 7th BUST - 2 WITH OUTLINE Coin Slot Example: NGC #2850036-012 (MS 61). Based on the NGC Census, I see 6 coins have been graded and this coin appears to map within that group. Modification to an Existing Coin Slot: As for the house cleaning part of my request. There is a corresponding entry within the same Registry set which is currently labeled as follows. 2 PESOS - 2 WITH OUTLINE This entry should be renamed to further distinguish this entry which is entirely different that the previous entry mentioned above since it has a different obverse and bust type. This entry should be relabeled as such: 2 PESOS - 5th BUST - 2 WITH OUTLINE NGC #2850036-003 (MS 64+) is a good example of a coin which currently maps into this slot and will still do so after it is renamed. By adding the first entry involving the 7th Bust variety and slightly changing the description with last request for the 5th Bust variety should help clarify and distinguish the two entries since they are entirely different varieties. Thanks for your consideration in putting the variety first mentioned into the Registry Set, as well as renaming the entry with my second request since both of these, if accepted, should help provide clarity between both varieties to other collectors of this series. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  17. Hello Ali. Please add a new slot to the following Competitive Registry set. Competitive Registry Set: Mexico Oaxaca, Revolutionary Coinage, 1915-1916, Circulation Issue, Including Varieties Coin Slot: 50 Centavos - 7th Bust Coin Slot Example: NGC #5787096-028 (MS 64). Based on the NGC Census, I see two separate lines that are listed for this variety. Between the two entries, a total of 11 coins have been graded. Coin Slot: 1 Peso - 3rd Bust Coin Slot Example: NGC #5787096-029 (MS 64). Based on the NGC Census, I was not able to see any other graded examples to include this coin. It could be that the Census has not yet been updated to include this coin. Assuming it is the only specimen, could you add it as follows: 1 Peso - 3rd Bust (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY ONLY) Thanks for your consideration in putting this variety into the Registry Set which should also help provide visibility to other collectors of this series which should lead to other coins being graded and attributed with this bust variety. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  18. Thanks Ali! I appreciate all that you do in support of the Registry community!
  19. Hello Ali. Thanks for your reply with explanation. With that said, I would like to make a follow up proposal which I think would be good for NGC, NGC Registry and finally the collectors who participate in the Registry. Since the MM Right and MM Left require additional VarietyPlus fees to get the attribution, I would like to see if you could go ahead and break out the MM Left variety into its own slot since there are 5 graded coins at this point. Also, add a slot for the MM Right as well, but note it as "Non-Competitive." Since it appears I have the only graded specimen, then it would simply sit there with no points which is fine with me for now. This would help highlight both of these mint mark placement varieties which at present hasn't seen a lot of grading action based on the low Census. If they can be seen in the Registry, it might spark an interest by the collecting community to get the VarietyPlus attribution which would also mean more revenue to NGC. Last recommendation, keep the current "generic" slot for this date and variety since it can take either of these varieties if the collector decides to not pursue VarietyPlus attribution. The only coins which would move out of this group at present would be the 6 total coins which have the mint mark placement attribution as noted in the latest NGC Census. Two of the six examples were noted with a NGC number in my previous note if you wish to review as a reference. The last point I would like to make is if you agree to follow my last proposal, it will basically follow what you already have in place for the proof equivalent of these previously mentioned variety (date and MM placement, as well as generic entry). The main difference besides being proof, they have many more coins which have been attributed, according to the Census with the various mint mark placement. Please think about my proposal as I think it would be a win-win for NGC, as well as the Registry participants. Kindest regards, Scott
  20. Hello Ali. I would like to see if you could break out an existing slot currently within the following Competitive Registry Set into 3 separate entries. I am recommending this since 2 of the 3 are VarietyPlus varieties and merit their own entries. This request is also consistent with several other mint mark entries within this Mint State set as well as the equivalent Proof set. Competitive Set: Competitive Sets Mexico Pre-Columbian Series, Silver, 1oz or 31g, 1992-1998, Mint State Competitive Set Slot Entry: 1996MO 1OZ 5 PESOS - HOMBRE JAGUAR - OLMEC SERIES I would like to propose that you create two new slots to represent the various mint mark placement (right or left). This is consistent with other slots which also has different mint mark placements (right or left). Keep this generic entry as well since many people may not want to pay the additional charge to get the VarietyPlus attribution. Possible wording for those new slots which coincidentally is the same as the description used on the Proof equivalent coins of the same variety: 1996MO 1OZ 5 PESOS - HOMBRE JAGUAR MINTMARK LEFT - OLMEC SERIES NGC Census Shows 5 coins graded. This is also a VarietyPlus attribution. NGC Coin Example: 5973172-005 (MS 68) 1996MO 1OZ 5 PESOS - HOMBRE JAGUAR MINTMARK RIGHT - OLMEC SERIES NGC Census shows 1 coin graded, but I know there are more graded within the generic description with no mint mark attribution. This is also a VarietyPlus attribution. NGC Coin Example: 2826779-006 (MS 67) Please let me know if you have any question regarding my request. Thanks again for everything you do for the Registry community. Best regards, Scott
  21. Hello Ali. I appreciate your efforts to rectify this issue. I do see that the Census has been updated when line entry 1907/6 G5P moved from "Mexico - 1823 - 1909" over to "Mexico - 1905 To Date". However, now that this change is done, when do you expect to get points assigned for this date within the Registry? Just to summarize this part of the request, the Registry set in question is: Competitive Sets Mexico Gold 5 Pesos, 1905-1955, Circulation Issue NGC coin example: 2877607-012 (MS 63) As always, thanks for your time and attention to all of our needs involving the NGC Registry. Have a great day! Best regards, Scott
  22. Hello Ali. Thanks for the quick reply. After doing some additional analysis, it appears that NGC is loading that particular overdate into the wrong Census area. Instead of putting it into “Mexico - 1905 to Date G5P” which is where it should be noted, it is being put into “Mexico - 1823-1909 G5P” which is the Republic period, not the modern (Estados Unidos) period. If you verify the slab number I listed in my previous message and then select the Census info for that coin, it will take you to the NGC Census page for the wrong area. I’ve also attached a snapshot of that page for your review. I hope this helps to clear up the issue for this date and variety. Regards, Scott
  23. Hello Ali. Since I wasn't sure where to put his request, I decided to post it here within this chat board in the hopes that you will be able to address it accordingly. This request is related to the following competitive set: Competitive Sets Mexico Gold 5 Pesos, 1905-1955, Circulation Issue Applies to the following slot: 1907/6M (NON-COMPETITIVE; FOR DISPLAY ONLY) While in other sets which I'm a participant, I see the reason for not scoring certain coins as "non-competitive" usually due to the extreme rarity. However, this particular coin is only scarce and it is also one variety that has 17 graded coins within the NGC Census. Can you please review and change this from "non-competitive" to "competitive" so points can be assigned? Coin Slot Example: NGC #2877607-012 graded MS 63. Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  24. Hello Ali. Please add a new slot to the following Competitive Registry set. I believe this to be the most appropriate set. Competitive Registry Set: Palau Silver $5, Marine Life Protection Series, 1992-Date, Proof Coin Slot: 2010 Sphyrna Lewini Colorized Marine Life Protection S$5 Coin Slot Example: NGC #2877557-009 (PF 70 Ultra Cameo). Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
  25. Hello Ali. Please add a new slot to the following Competitive Registry set. I believe this to be the most appropriate set. Competitive Registry Set: Niue Silver $1, 2005-Date, Mint State Coin Slot: 2020 Animal Champions Great White Shark S$1 Coin Slot Example: NGC #2877557-004 (MS 69 Antiqued). Thanks for your time and consideration. Regards, Scott
