    Reddit has a very active precious metals and coin community. I sell mostly through r/pmsforsale and r/coins4sale, and then occasionally through TheSilverForum.com. Most buyers/sellers use Zelle, Venmo, and other fee-free payment options, or will offer PayPal Goods and Services for +3% fee.
