Is it overgraded/undergraded/correctly graded?

Here is a 2003D Lincoln NGC MS68 I purchased not to long ago. What is your opinion on the grade? Overgraded? Undergraded? Correct grade? See my MS set for the Reverse picture and coin description.

 

I could not find one single thing wrong with this coin. I think it should at least be an MS69 if not an MS70!
