at least you can get them to grade your coins

about month and half ago...I sent 200 memorial 1c's to be prescreened...now these were 200 coins i had already screened for bag marks and scuffs, good strikes etc. the grader sent them back...not enough to meet the 35% grading level...now true, I had sent them as min grade ms-66...but these were blaze reds w/out marks....ok...i got em back and rescreened to the best 100...lowered the min to ms-65...guess what....got em back today for not meeting 35% level....guess NGC doesn't do 1c's...or their grader has made an excutive decission
