What is really the dealer price Or is Jamestown Dollar not popular

Recently I purchased Jamestown Silver Dollar NGC PFUC69 on Ebay for 29.00 The mint selling the same coin for 39.00 + the grading fee. Why is this coin not popular or their are too many? I don not collect comm. but I like the coin for the nice design. I think this is one of the nicer ones and more desirable comm. coin. But I guess I am wrong.
