I'm still struggling with this and other inconsistancies

in NGC's grading. I sent in several new BU Eagles taken right out of the mint's shipping container. One came back as improperly cleaned??? How does this happen. A 1964 kennedy half dollar which was one taken from several rolls of new kennedy coins my father put away when they were first released came back improperly cleaned. How does this happen? The worst part is knowing the coins haven't been cleaned and we have no recourse. Not to mention the money we spent to send them in to be graded. Sure we can pay again and resubmit the coins, but that doesn't make sense finacially.

I currently have a couple of orders in at NGC. One order for 14 coins was received on 10/06/06. Sent in on the ecomomy plan they should be mailed back on 11/30/06. 39 working days...after they were received. they haven't made it to Quality Control yet. As patient as I am 8 weeks (2 months) is a long time to wait. I guess everyones in the same boat, unless you have lots of money, then of course you get priority service. Same old story...Money talks.... They received the second order on 10/30/06, I will not see those coins until sometime next year. Frustrating. Oh, I joined PCGS hoping for better service... As I review the details of their grading procedures, it appears it will take longer with them.
