NGC Graders
Too tough on grading
Well I guess its time to quit submitting coins to NGC until their graders get there heads out of their rear ends and start properly grading coins.
Ironically I sent in 4 1948 P&D franklins with super strong strike and FBL all 4 were blemish free not a single mark. the first 1948P graded out MS63 FBL, The second AU58 amazing since these coins came from mint sets, The first 1948-D rejected for scratches and the 2nd 1948-D MS64 FBL again all four coins blemish free, full lustre and well above average strike these should have graded out at least MS66/67 FBL.
Oh well, I'll just bust them out and resubmit to PCGS, anybody want to start some betting on the grade difference? I'm willing to bet all 4 come back at least MS66 FBL through pcgs any takers?
