"Patience Lieutenant, patience." Sarris, Galaxy Quest. My most recent order was received by NGC on July 18th as well. With the 19 day work day turn around, that puts the order to be shipped around August 11th (thanks Michael W. Cooper). I think it's still to early to be concerned about the order. (They have been "scheduled for grading" for almost a week now.) Sometimes an order can rapidly progress through the different stages. My last order of 5 coins spent nearly 13 work days in the "
