Why More NGC First strike MS-70's? Because PCGS is has snooty "We're better than everyone else" attitude. They are also, in my opinion, just "protecting" their dealer network, like they always do. NGC, ICG and ANACS seem to give "real" grades, based on the 70 point system as it is meant to be used. PCGS, unless it is for one of their dealers, tries to come across as "hard graders" while
